Accepted Forms of Payment

We accept all forms of payment via Shopify payments (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, etc.) as well as PayPal as forms of payment. PayPal accepts payments via debit, credit or bank account and offers you 24/7 transaction monitoring, encryption and fraud protection to help keep your purchases secure.

Processing Time & Shipment Information

We’re thrilled that you’ve chosen to shop with us, and we do everything we can to ship out all of our packages as quickly as we can. Items are typically shipped within 2 business days.  At checkout you have the option to select 'Rush Delivery' which means the item it shipped from our offices within 24 hours. Please also note that we ship out of two locations: one in the United States and one in Canada.  Shipping rates vary based on the item, the destination and other options. Please check on individual items.

Tracking & Insurance Information

All of our items ship with tracking information so you’ll be able to watch along with the parcel as it makes its way to you. 

We also insure all packages and take extra care to assure that your items are safe when they arrive by using either a hard box, bubble envelope or tear-resistant polymailer (depending on order type).  We package the item itself in plastic to further protect from weather and the rigors of the postal system. Delivery Times 

Under normal circumstances, please allow 3-5 business days for shipping within the United States. Outside of the United States you can expect a 6-10 day shipping window. 

Given the unprecedented circumstances currently happening around the world, there have been significant impacts to delivery times for packages. While our shipping partners are actively trying to deliver your exciting parcels as quickly as possible, there may be delays which are outside of our control. If you need an item by a certain date, please contact us and we can ascertain the costs to arrange express, guaranteed shipping options.

Returns Information

At YRC, we work hard to bring the best Real Deal, Dejavu Duchess, and Royally Inspired fashion straight to you.  However, we know that sometimes it just doesn’t work out.  In these rare situations, we invite you to email us at to request a return.

Refund Notice:

  • In an effort to protect the interests' of our consignors, any individual who returns 3 or more items will no longer be able to return items for a refund.

Refund Requirements:

  • You must notify of your desire to return within 48 hours of the delivery date.
  • All returns must be sent back within 14 days from the date of delivery of an item.
  • All items must be in the same condition in which you received them (i.e. New with Tags items must be returned with original tags attached)
  • Any items marked ‘Final Sale’ are not eligible for return.
  • Promotions and discounts will not be reimbursed.

As Your Royal Closet is incorporated in Canada, all returns must be shipped to our Canada location.

Gift Orders & Wrapping

Yes! Simply enter a separate shipping address from your billing address. If you need a gift card enclosed, or gift wrapping, please let us know and we can work with you to make that happen.
