My order is a gift which needs to be posted to a friend- can I do this?

Yes! Simply enter a separate shipping address from your billing address. If you need a gift card enclosed, or gift wrapping, please let us know and we can work with you to make that happen.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Currently, we accept PayPal as the only form of payment. PayPal accepts payments via debit, credit or bank account and offers you 24/7 transaction monitoring, encryption and fraud protection to help keep your purchases secure.

How much is shipping?

Shipping rates vary based on the item, the destination and other options. Please check on individual items.

How long does it take to process and ship my order?

We’re thrilled that you’ve chosen to shop with us, and we do everything we can to ship out all of our packages as quickly as we can. 

Tracking & Insurance Information

All of our items ship with tracking information so you’ll be able to watch along with the parcel as it makes its way to you. All orders over $200 also come with insurance for loss/damage.

Processing

Please give us 1-2 business days to process your order. If you need it ASAP, we do also have a rush handling option available at checkout which means we’ll ship your order out same day. Please also note that we ship out of two locations: one in the United States and one in Canada.  

Delivery Times 

Under normal circumstances, please allow 3-5 business days for shipping within the United States. Outside of the United States you can expect a 6-10 day shipping window.

Given the unprecedented circumstances currently happening around the world, there have been significant impacts to delivery times for packages. While our shipping partners are actively trying to deliver your exciting parcels as quickly as possible, there may be delays which are outside of our control. If you need an item by a certain date, please contact us and we can ascertain the costs to arrange express, guaranteed shipping options.

What if my order arrived damaged?

We take extra care to assure that your items are safe when they arrive by using either a hard box, bubble envelope or tear-resistant polymailer (depending on order type).  We also package the item itself in plastic to further protect from weather and the rigours of the postal system.  In the unfortunate event that your item has arrived damaged, please contact us at info@yourroyalcloset.com.
